Lift More Challenge

Fitness is always better with friends.

We just got back from our annual coaching conference, and while we had so many incredible moments, my favorite moment by far was hearing the inspirational stories.


Real people, getting real results and finally becoming free.


We have something called the Beachbody Challenge where people can submit their before + after photos and have a chance to win $100,000. One of the two winners gave a speech after his name was called and gave all the glory to God- that was so refreshing to hear! He talked about how he finally realized that he wasn't junk. That God cared about his body, how he felt, and his quality of life.

Tears started welling up in my eyes as I was listening to him, watching photos and videos of his journey, and hearing how proud his kids are of him. He's now the dad that he always wanted to be- a fun-loving, energetic dad.


How many times have you wished you had more energy after a long day to play with your kids? How many times have you wanted to be stronger than you are right now?


These stories aren't uncommon- it's not some special person who can get results and others can't. No. This is common among the ones who commit to their decision to get healthy and most importantly, they don't do it alone!


What is the Lift More Challenge?

The Lift More Challenge is an 8-week challenge where we will all commit to our newest lift, HIIT, + core program. We will be inspired daily inside our private community by our peers and encouraged in the Word of God.


I'm writing an 8-part series called, Lift Your Head especially for this challenge. We will dig into God's Word and learn how we are not junk, that we are called with a purpose, we are overcomers, and it's time we act like it! It's so important that as we train the physical body, that we also train the spirit and mind. I know this will be such an added blessing to our Lift More Challenge!


What is the LIIFT More program?

The Basics:

It’s everything you love about the LIIFT4, but this time the focus is on more muscle, more days of lifting, and more moves for even bigger results. 🔩 LIIFT MORE keeps things simple - no-nonsense moves, perfectly paced, paired with the right combo of classic resistance training and HIIT to help get results for everyone, whether this is your first go at strength training or you’re a seasoned lifter.


🔩 There are 40 unique real-time workouts in LIIFT MORE with exactly the right amounts of variation and progression to keep your muscles challenged week to week. You’ll get access to all workouts, plus a workout calendar to plan your workouts 5 days a week for less than 45 minutes a day over the course of 8 weeks.


🔩 As a bonus, Joel developed 20-minute LIIFT Express workouts for when you’re tight on time or on the go — or if you really want to go all out, you can challenge yourself to an express workout after a regular session.

Who is Joel Freeman?

Joel Freeman has worked for over 15 years in the health and fitness industry. He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer and behavior change specialist.


He is the creator of LIIFT4, 10 Rounds, Core De Force, and now, LIIFT MORE.


He’s done it all — from running day-to-day gym operations in Olympia, Washington, to becoming a national presenter, to directing Group X programming for the world-famous Gold’s Gym Los Angeles franchise.


When can I start?

The program is now available! You can enroll as soon as you're finished reading this blog post. Our Lift More Challenge community group will begin on August 1st.


What is the nutrition plan like?

To really succeed with LIIFT MORE, you’ll need a nutrition plan that’s as powerful and straightforward as your workouts. Joel recommends following 2B Mindset or Portion Fix, and you get access to both!

These proven nutrition programs can help you stay on track and reach your goals without counting calories or depriving yourself of the foods you love. To get more out of every workout, Joel also suggests adding Beachbody Performance supplements to your nutrition plan. Here's a rundown of Joel's "Joel Stack":

It is a great place to answer questions, brainstorm, and just enjoy the community.
